A private resort experience designed around water, landscape, and gathering.
Conceived for families in Riyadh, the chalet brings the atmosphere of a private resort into a compact hospitality setting. A dramatic waterfall canopy anchors the courtyard, while the pool, sunken lounge, shaded dining terrace, and open-plan interior create distinct places to relax and gather throughout the day.

Arrival & landscape
A layered outdoor sequence.
Planted thresholds, illuminated steps, and framed views introduce the courtyard gradually, creating privacy without losing the sense of openness.

The social heart
Water as architecture.
The pool and waterfall canopy define the project’s identity, while the recessed fire lounge offers a protected gathering place at the center of the landscape.

Interior experience
Open, bright, and connected to the courtyard.
Double-height glazing draws the landscape inward. Living, dining, and kitchen zones remain visually connected while retaining their own character through lighting, furniture, and material accents.
